Nailgun Suicide, relates to a long standing tradition of putting holes in ones head to better aid in the thought, reason, and logic processes. This technique is also some times refered to as trepanation. Nailgun suicide accurately recounts the method with which one can create their own "thought holes" in the privacy of their own homes. Although some key points have been left out of the song for safety purposes, (such as the need for industrial grade solvent, three shoes, and as much whale blubber as one person can possibly cary) the song its self still resonates with the beautifully basic truth.
